This corn protein (also known as “Supergold 60”) is excellent for adding a lot of value to carbohydrate mixes! This ingredient is also not to be scoffed at in fish or meat mixes due to its high protein content of over 60%.

The corn protein has a slightly sour and malty taste (similar to CSL – Corn Steep Liquor) and has a nice yellow color.
