Description

The new top model Travel 1103 C complements the globally successful Travel line. It is equipped with a brand-new direct drive and the powerful 915-Wh battery, which has 73 percent more capacity than the base model and thus offers more range. In addition, the Travel 1103 C delivers 10% more power (1100 watts), a stronger aluminum pylon for increased protection against impact damage, and an improved mirror mount.

    Range and speed information

    For displacement travel on water, the required propulsion power increases with the third power of the speed. This means: If you want to double your speed, you need eight times the power.

    In return, even a slight reduction in speed can significantly increase the achievable range.

    The Torqeedo Travel’s on-board computer constantly calculates the remaining range by linking the engine’s consumption data with the battery charge level and the speed over ground from the GPS. This allows the remaining range to be read in real time from the engine display and the TorqTrac smartphone app.
