Pimp your Hookbaits

Welcome to a new round of “Tips & Tricks”. This time we want to introduce you to our High-Light Hookbaits a little closer and how you can add value to them!

What is the meaning of the name
“High-Light”
about? We additionally enhance our hookbaits with betaine and a certain amino acid, hence the name
“High”
for its high attractiveness. Since we design these hookbaits but also lighter, so that these fly directly into the mouth of the carp when sucking in at the feeding place, also the name
“Light”
for its lighter weight compared to the normal readymade boilies. For each variety of our Readymade Boilies are also the matching High-Light Hookbaits available, as well as each can is the matching Pot-Shot Liquid (what it has to do with it, you will learn below)!

In addition, we design the High-Light Hookbaits extra harder to withstand the crayfish, whitefish and not least the gobies. Would you like an example? Just recently I was on the river, where there are relatively many pests in the form of gobies. I baited one rod with a 24mm Feed-Grade Fish Boilie and the other rod with a 24mm Feed-Grade Fish High-Light Hookbait for comparison. After about three hours I retrieved both rods to be able to directly compare how active the gobies were. The result is amazing – the extra hard hookbaits look relatively fresh compared to the normal boilie. So you can fish a hookbait even the whole weekend through and not always have to tie a new one to the hair. Also for France trips, the baits are ideal, because you can easily leave the rod 24h and longer at the feeding place. On the right picture you can see on the left side a normal 24 Feed-Grade Fish Boilies and on the right side a High-Light Hookbait. Both baits lay 3 hours – the gobies are extremely…!
Our High-Light Hookbaits are perfectly balanced. Here on a 6 Gaper HookI offera single hookbait. You can see how perfectly the hook bait easily lifts off the bottom and is held by the weight of the hook! If the carp now moves over the feeding ground, it probably sucks in this hook bait as one of the first… Included with the High-Light Hookbaits is a 2ml vial of the appropriate extract with each can. So you can enhance the already attractive hookbaits even more! Simply pour the enclosed ampoule over the can and shake the whole thing well afterwards!

Now the hookbaits are nicely wetted with the appropriate liquids. You can now tie them directly to the assembly. Or you can let the whole thing soak in a bit, so that the liquid gradually washes out of the outer skin. Pure attraction…!

Just two hours after casting the mount, this fat river spiegler fell for a single 24mm High-Light Hookbait. The hookbait was still like new, so I promoted this back to his mount….
