Lactalbumin is a highly water soluble milk protein from the food industry and has a high protein content (80%). The rollability of the boilie mix is positively influenced due to its binding properties. Besides, our lactalbumin is an ideal harder, which is why you can safely set the dosage of our eggalbumin a little lower.
